1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all website visits, engineering proposals, estimates, Statements of Work (SOW), and smart automation installation services performed by Smart Tech Miami, Inc.
2. Quotations & Statements of Work
All commercial and residential estimates, including our Standard ($10,000) and Pro Plus ($20,000) package offerings, are formal quotations based on standard residential wiring environments. Custom architectural modifications, high-ceiling scaffolding, or unusual conduit requirements identified during physical pre-wire inspection will be detailed in an authorized SOW prior to work commencement.
3. Hardware & Manufacturer Warranties
Hardware provided by Smart Tech Miami (including Lutron dimmers/shades, Sonos amplifiers, Ubiquiti access points, and Zebra RFID hardware) carries full manufacturer warranties. Smart Tech Miami guarantees our labor and installation craftsmanship for a minimum period of one (1) year following project commissioning.
4. Halakhic & Shabbat Automation Schedules
Kosher Shabbat automation routines are configured in consultation with client preferences and rabbinical guidance. Clients maintain full override access to adapt schedules for holidays (Yom Tov) and seasonal changes.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.
