UniFi EV Stations provide electric vehicle power management, charging scheduling, and access control functionalities. They are managed through UniFi Connect and UniFi Identity Enterprise. 

UniFi EV Stations offer three security modes: 

• Open: Anyone can plug in and charge a vehicle.
• UniFi Identity: Authorized UniFi Identity users can access the station via the mobile app or NFC cards.
• QR Code: Users with valid QR codes can unlock the station and begin charging

You can manage EV Stations through UniFi Connect (via Site Manager or the mobile app) after adopting them. For wired adoption, connect the station via Ethernet to your UniFi Console and follow the adoption process in UniFi Connect. For wireless adoption, ensure the EV Station is within range of a UniFi Access Point, enable New Device Auto-Link in UniFi Network settings, and then adopt it wirelessly through UniFi Connect.

UniFi EV Stations allow the creation of automations to control multiple stations simultaneously or on a schedule. For instance: 

• Restrict charging to authorized UniFi Identity users during specific hours.
• Manage power output based on peak and off-peak hours. 

Yes, the UniFi EV Station features a display that supports digital signage. You can upload images or videos with an 800 x 1280 pixel resolution and a 10:16 aspect ratio. You can create playlists and configure the station to display content after a period of inactivity. 

Yes, with UniFi EV Stations equipped with payment terminals, card and contactless payment processing can be enabled. You can set a price per kWh, view transaction history, and manage refunds within UniFi Connect. 

Most electric car chargers are universal, with the exception of Tesla chargers. UniFi EV Stations should be compatible with most EVs that use standard charging connectors.

Yes, UniFi EV Stations support load management, allowing you to optimize charging speeds for multiple vehicles connected to a group by adjusting the maximum output per station based on available power.
